Fernandes To Leave Everton?

Manuel Fernandes will not remain at Everton unless the club can strike a new loan deal with Valencia, according to the English press…

The Sun report that Valencia are demanding ?12 million for the Portugal international – a fee that Toffees boss David Moyes is flat-out refusing to pay.

The 22-year-old has impressed when given the opportunity at Goodison Park, bringing a much-needed sense of creativity and drive to the centre of the Toffees’ midfield.

However, the former Benfica star could be destined to join the ever-growing list of Everton exits, along with ex-Holland international Andy van der Meyde, Danish midfielder Thomas Gravesen and on-loan Spurs defender Anthony Gardner.
